Welcome to Ezy Capture. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ezy Capture mobile application, website, features and related services operated by CodesOrbit.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using Ezy Capture, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use Ezy Capture under the laws that apply to you. If you are below the age required to enter into a binding agreement, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License
Ezy Capture grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or authorized business purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license does not allow you to:
- Distribute or make the app available over a network for unauthorized simultaneous use
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where law expressly permits it
- Sell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit the app without written authorization
- Circumvent payments, subscriptions, restrictions or security controls
3. Ezy Capture Service
Ezy Capture enables supported devices to extract photo frames from videos, capture moments using available modes, create GIFs, edit images, organize albums, save media and share exported content.
Features may vary according to device model, operating system, app version, region, store availability, purchase status and technical limitations. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device.
4. App Permissions
Ezy Capture may require access to videos, photos, media storage, camera or other device capabilities necessary for selected features. You can manage permissions through device settings. Features may not function when a required permission is disabled.
5. User Content
“User Content” includes videos, photos, GIFs, album names, edits and other material selected, created, processed, saved or shared using Ezy Capture.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and consents required to use, edit, extract, save or share that content.
You are solely responsible for:
- Videos and images you select or create
- Copyright, privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights
- Obtaining consent from people shown or recorded where required
- Backing up important media and exported files
- Content you publish or share through third-party services
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ezy Capture to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights
- Process or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative or harmful content
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
- Interfere with the app, its security or other users
- Spam, phish, scrape or conduct fraudulent activity
- Misrepresent affiliation with Ezy Capture or CodesOrbit
- Use the service in a way that creates an unreasonable technical burden
7. Intellectual Property
Ezy Capture, including its name, logo, app icon, interface, graphics, website, software, source code, design, text, features and branding, is owned by or licensed to CodesOrbit and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Ezy Capture or its technology to you.
8. App Stores and Third-Party Services
Ezy Capture may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. Downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds and account activity may also be governed by the terms of the relevant platform.
Sharing or export features may connect to third-party apps and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, privacy practices, policies or data handling.
9. Purchases and Subscriptions
Ezy Capture may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, free trials or promotional access. Prices, billing periods and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase. Store providers generally process payments and manage cancellations or refunds under their own rules.
10. Updates and Availability
CodesOrbit may update, add, change, suspend or remove Ezy Capture features. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, device limitations, store changes or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Exported and Shared Content
After you export or share content, it may be handled by your operating system, social platforms, messaging apps, cloud-storage providers or other services. You are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies and privacy settings of those services.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions or feedback, you allow CodesOrbit to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve, develop or promote Ezy Capture. This does not transfer ownership of your separately created media.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezy Capture is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every conversion, capture, edit, export or save operation will complete successfully, that every device will support every feature or that the app will be free from errors.
You should maintain backups of important videos, photos and GIFs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodesOrbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of Ezy Capture, including lost files, lost media, lost profits, device issues, third-party claims or reliance on app availability.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, harm to others or discontinuation of the service. You may stop using Ezy Capture at any time by uninstalling it and separately cancelling any active store subscription.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when features, services, business practices or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country or region. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional purchase or feature-specific conditions, form the agreement relating to your use of Ezy Capture.
